COMPANY & COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
Resolve computer and capacity issues safely.
Use the right signal to investigate enrollment, connectivity, contract capacity and the Windows pilot.
01
Capacity reached
Compare registered, non-retired computers with purchased computer capacity. An offline computer still consumes its reserved seat. Retire only a genuinely decommissioned identity or ask your account team to approve a contract expansion. Do not delete employee bindings to manipulate license counts.
02
Computer is offline
Check network access, the installed service and trusted HTTPS connectivity. A stale heartbeat does not prove compromise or successful login protection. Do not disable certificate validation or change the policy to permit unauthenticated approval.
03
Contract expired or suspended
Ask the company administrator to review the service period and commercial status. Subscription-managed registration and heartbeat operations require active eligibility. Security permissions remain separate.
04
Incorrect estimate
Compare purchased quantities, billing period, currency and agreed unit rates. The estimate is not an invoice and does not charge a payment method. Contact your account team to correct a versioned pricing record.
05
Windows pilot cannot authenticate
Use the previously tested recovery administrator or recovery image. Record the failure stage and application version. Never install an unverified login component on a daily-use workstation to reproduce a problem.
06
Contact support privately
Provide a short symptom, affected product version and approximate time. Use [email protected] for access assistance and [email protected] for suspected vulnerabilities. Never send passwords, tokens, private keys, recovery codes, employee lists or full machine inventories.
