These terms apply to 2AYE’s public website and evaluation experiences. Enterprise services require a separate signed agreement defining security, privacy, support, availability, and commercial commitments.
Acceptance and scope
These terms govern access to 2AYE websites, documentation, demonstrations, and public evaluation experiences. Paid or customer services are governed by a separate written agreement. By using these public experiences, you agree to these terms.
Evaluation content
Product descriptions, roadmaps, packaging, availability statements, demonstrations, and pricing hypotheses are informational and may change. They do not create a service commitment, warranty, SLA, certification claim, or obligation to deliver a feature.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation, learning, and communication with 2AYE. You may not interfere with operation, probe systems without authorization, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, scrape at abusive volume, impersonate others, or misuse product demonstrations.
Accounts and security
If an account is provided, you are responsible for authorized use, accurate information, credential security, and prompt notice of suspected compromise. 2AYE may suspend access to protect users, customers, or services.
Intellectual property
2AYE and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and content. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the public experiences under these terms.
Third-party services
References and links to third-party products do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or customer status. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
Public website and evaluation experiences are provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. They are not intended for production authorization decisions unless covered by an executed customer agreement.
Limitation and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2AYE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from public website use. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Changes, termination, and governing terms
2AYE may update or discontinue public experiences and revise these terms. The final governing-law, venue, notice, and company-address provisions must match the applicable 2AYE contracting entity before launch.
