This notice explains how 2AYE Technologies, Inc. processes personal information through its websites, communications, and services. Product-specific agreements and customer instructions may provide additional terms.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, organization details, authentication and device signals, support communications, website usage data, and information submitted through product or sales forms. 2AYE services may also process identity, policy, intent, approval, and audit data under customer instructions.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure services, authenticate users, evaluate authorized actions, respond to requests, operate support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, meet legal obligations, and communicate about 2AYE when permitted.
Customer data and roles
For customer-controlled service data, the customer determines the purpose and means of processing and 2AYE acts as a service provider or processor. Customers are responsible for notices, lawful bases, configuration, and data-subject requests relating to that data.
Sharing and subprocessors
We disclose information only to contracted service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. Providers must process information under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
International transfers
Where information is transferred across borders, 2AYE uses legally recognized safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the applicable service arrangement.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described, contractual commitments, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Customer-configured retention and deletion controls may apply to service data.
Security
2AYE uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure; customers should use available access, key-management, deployment, and retention controls appropriate to their risk.
Your rights
Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Requests concerning customer-controlled service data should be directed to the relevant customer first.
