Verify execution evidence

Separate a reported receipt from a trusted receiver signature and an actual provider outcome.

Keep the proof types distinct

An authenticated actor reporting an outcome is different from a receiving system signing an effect. A provider payment record is also distinct from a 2AYE execution receipt. Inspect the evidence format, trust key and actual effect correlation.

Verify against trusted material

Use the published verification profiles and vectors for their stated format. Pin the expected verification key independently, check the signature and material action bindings, then compare the receipt with authoritative destination read-back.

Read the verification boundary

Reference vectors and implementation tests establish self-consistency. They do not establish independent interoperability, production acceptance or third-party certification. A structural package check alone cannot prove a payment happened.
